Great first shots of the 19E, thanks to Kobus for getting out and taking pics of the new electrics, diesel re-builds and other modern stuff, which he has been doing over the past few months.

Well done - I was going to go and try have a look last week, but had car and time issues!

Extremely characterless looking engine.

Characterless? I was going to say exactly the opposite! I like the boxy business-like look.

Welcome back by the way.

No - it must have lines. This reminds me of a cheap HO engine in a starter kit! However, beauty is in the eye of the beholder etc........!

Kevin, if you are able to photograph the wonderful "characterless" new loco. Would you be able to email high resolution pictures?

With pleasure - I am planning to try later this week.

Assuming I can find it. If it is parked somewhere featureless (like amongst stacks of balsa wood) I may have trouble!
