JHB and PTA - Guards on lines.

To stop the theft of cables guards have been posted for some on the various lines.
They are especially numerous on lines in high density areas - generally 2 guards between every Metro Station.
They are pretty alert and tend to sneak up you to find out what you are doing. Some are in civilian clothes. All carry handguns.
So, photographers - be prepared to explain what you are doing!
