Talgo Wins €280-million Deal For Egypt Night Trains
Egyptian National Railways (ENR) has awarded Spanish rolling stock manufacturer Talgo a 280-million Euro contract for seven trainsets to operate night services. The contract, which will see Talgo build the sets at its plants at Alava and Madrid in Spain, includes a 15-year maintenance plan using the manufacturer’s existing facilities in Egypt.
