FOTR and Reefsteamers have been working behind the scenes and have both independently obtained written authority from THP to remove spare parts from Millsite. We are currently making plans to do this together. Our understanding is that these spares are not just for our own use, but are being rescued for safe-keeping.

This authority does not include complete locomotives.
