US Garratt? (!)

Here is a "Fantasy Steam page" of "imaginary locomotives that were never built", presenting "images of steam locomotives that never existed, except in the imagination".
Most probably mean little to those of us who are not afficionados of US steam, but the "Pennsylvania Railroad T1 as a Garratt" must surely raise a flicker of interest in all Garratt enthusiasts.
