Does anyone know how long it took from JHB to Sun City. By car from Bryanstan its about two hours. If the train took all day I don't think that there would be much demand.

I think her number was 37-044. I understand at one stage she was in Richards Bay.

She was 37 044 but the technical mods, I do not know, perhaps John Middleton may. I believe after the train was withdrawn, the modifications were removed and she was a regular 37.

Great historical pictures. Anybody got any decent pictures of the coaches? A real motley crue was used. Have only see pretty pictures of the train from J. Dulez.
