Kimberley Tram still "grounded"

The "Kimberley Tram", a tourism initiative operated by the Sol Plaatje Municipality that transported passengers from the town to the "Big Hole" museum remains closed due to the RSR's ongoing dissatisfaction with its Safety Management System.
