Illegal work on the land in front of Old Park Station. Story at:

On 1 April The Heritage Portal received a report that work was happening on a parcel of land in front of Old Park Station. We reported it to the PHRAG who in turn contact the COJ Department of Arts Culture and Heritage for more information. A COJ official conducted a site visit and found construction work in full swing. No processes have been followed as far as we are aware.
Heritage officials and enthusiasts are concerned that Old Park Station is in danger of being cut off and disappearing from view. They are also concerned that the land is an historic dumping site. The hope is that the PHRAG will issue a stop order urgently.
