UK - Tube - Mill Hill East Shuttle
Some pics of the Mill Hill shuttle. The tubes no longer run through to Mill Hill East. Instead you must now ALWAYS get off at Finchley Central and then wait for a shuttle service that runs back and forth. Every 20 mins or so, which means you can wait up to 40 minutes. Ugh.

But it is actually a very nice spot now you mention it - come rain, snow or sun!
I have often waited there and it is always pleasant - nice benches, uncrowded, quiet, singing birds etc.

Is the tube in the photo the shuttle? It is obviously a full train set, I was wondering how busy it gets, as you say it is very quite.

It is Marc. I think they are using a standard rake.
I also do not know if it is a short term measure. There is no indication of this.I mention this because there is much "construction work" (read something to do with the lines) going on all over the network and this particular move may be linked to this.
Perhaps if anyone in London is reading this they can enlighten us further re the construction.....
