In today's Daily Nation print edition (Thursday 28th February 2008), there's a photo with the following caption:

Transport minister Chirau Mwakwere tries his hand at the controls of a Rift Valley Railways locomotive during an inspection of the firm's services yesterday. The company and the Government are exploring an alternative route to divert the Nairobi-Kisumu railway from Kibera slums after youth destroyed sections of the railway when violence erupted after the disputed presidential elections last December.
