Nairobi Railway Museum - general views

It's at least 8 years since I've been to the Railway Museum in Nairobi. Before that I was a frequent visitor. It's nice to see some positive changes, not least that three locomotives have been restored to steam. While locos and other stuff still in the museum are looking shabby, they are nevertheless fairly safe and intact. Some have received a new coat of paint. The museum itself is neat. There are also some new items, including diesels and coaches. The assistant curator tells me there are plans to expand into some currently unused parts of the shed.
