Pan African railroad blogs

There is a website entitled Blogs about: Pan African Railroad but it doesn't seem to be very active. There's an article posted two days ago about Coega and private enterprise, but that seems to be the first article posted for several months. Shame really, as the concept of a pan-African railway is an interesting one.
