Attached is the text of the entire speech by David Morgan at the 2009 Maluti Magic weekend at Sandstone. He is a big wheel in a number of international rail heritage associations:
David Morgan wrote:What I am going to try and explain to you is the reason why we came together and formed what is now known as the Heritage Railway Association [in UK], and on the European front why we formed Fedecrail and why later this year in October we are launching something called TINHATT which is the International Association of Heritage and Tourist Trains and Trams, and the thinking behind that.
